About Buju Online (our online shop):
We’re delighted to offer a nice selection of Buju Tattoo merchandise, here on BujuTattoo.com. Our online store is not operated out of our tattoo shop in San Diego. We do not sell merchandise at the shop, nor do we handle or facilitate any returns or exchanges at the store.
Buju Online will gladly exchange or issue a shop credit for any unworn products (other than trying it on) within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds for returned goods. To return a product for store credit or exchange, please complete our Return/Exchange form. We do not offer tattoo credit for returned merchandise.

We do not accept any returns at the San Diego shop. Please do not take your returns or exchanges to the Buju Tattoo shop.
All orders in February 2020 are PRE-ORDERS. We will let you know the estimated shipping of each item and let you know when it does ship. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at email@example.com.
US ORDERS: All orders under 1 lb. ship via USPS First Class Mail and arrive in 2-5 days. All orders over 1 lb. ship Priority Mail and arrive in 1-3 days from shipment. All US orders have delivery confirmation and tracking. If you’re concerned about your order’s shipment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship worldwide. International shipping can occasionally be a slow (which we have no control over). Please plan for around 14 days. Although it is often faster, unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. Customers are responsible for any import duty, taxes or VAT.
